How to Modify Laptop Sata Hard Disk Mode for Benz Xentry and ODIS HDD/SSD Software ?
Some customers buy MB Star Diagnostic Xentry software or ODIS software HDD may have this problems: when put our HDD/SSD software to the laptop, the laptop can't be turn on, always restart, and it appears blue screen. But changed to other HDD/SSD, it's OK. For this problem, the solution is Modify Sata Hard Disk Mode
The following is about How to Modify Laptop Sata Hard Disk Mode
Differant brand laptop press different Button.
Note:
- Recommended computer configuration: i5 CPU, 4G Ram, do not use the external hard drive to connect the USB cable
- ODIS HDD boot setting hard disk mode
- When you turn on the computer, the screen is blue.
Solution: Modify the hard disk mode
Step 1 Start your laptop first
Step 2 When the laptop started, press F12 untill the following interface appears (some laptop press ESC, F9 , please chech from the above laptop brand form)
Step 3 Select BIOS-Setup, the click "Enter" on your keyboard
Step 4 Use the up and down keys to move options. click Onboard Devices, then Select "SATA Operation"
Step 5 Switch left or right to select ATA or AHCI mode, here is choose AHCI mode
Step 6: Click "Yes" and "Apply" , in finial , click "End", the laptop would be restart.
Save & Exit Setup
Done !
