3. Advanced ECU Coding

This Functions used to Re-flash the vehicle control modules, it allows you to reprogram adaptive data for certain components after making repairs or replacements.You can use IP900S to stimulate all the possibilities of the vehicles!

After we replace control units, bad actuators, or certain parts we need to do the coding to make the replaced parts being stored and recognized by the ECU. Almost all systems that include engine, fuel, ABS, injector, gear shift, airbag system, and so on can be coded with this scanner. Before the coding, please read and record the original module’s information.

ECU Offline Programming

• Programming new ECUs: Replace new ECU (Determine if programming or coding is required based on fault code prompts). It can read and back up the original ECU data of the vehicle.
• Update the ECU: Some of the ECU has BUGs so it will cause some faults that are difficult to repair. (some machine oil lamps can't be zero.)
• Fixing lost data of ECU: When the software in the ECU corrupts the program due to battery or grounding issues (the Hardware is normal), re-programming can rectify it back to normal operation.
• Reprogramming on failed programming ECU: If the programming fails but the hardware didn't damage, the IP900S can reprogram the module in Manual Mode
