Jump Starter User Tips:
1. It takes about 3 hours for the product to be fully charged. You must turn ON first, and then charge the product.
2. When starting the car, you need to turn the switch to OFF before starting the car.
3. It is recommended to charge once every 3 months if you don't use it very often.
4. The product needs to be placed at room temperature, which is beneficial to the service life of the product.
VXDAS Kindly Notice:
1. The Jump Starter cannot support charging for 3 or above electronic equipments due to voltage limited.
2. When starting the car, please put the blue plug firmly in place, otherwise it may cannot work properly.
3. When starting the car, the blue battery indicator should be above 60%, which can extend the service life of the product.
4. If the car cannot be started, do not force it to continue. Check whether the battery clamp is properly clamped and whether the battery head of the original car is rusty or dirty. Continue to start after cleaning up.
5. During the starting process, if the vehicle cannot be started all the time (1-2 times), do not force it to continue, check everything again and whether there are other faults, otherwise the fuse will be burned and the starting power supply will be damaged.
6. When the car already in using the clip port with the air pump or other on-board electrical appliances, you need to turn the switch to OFF.
7. Our Jump Starter supply uses 600A peack value. If your car exceeds the peack value of the product, the power supply will have an automatic power-off protection function during the start of the car. Plug in the charger and reactivate it and you can use it normally.
8. When the car is out of battery or has no electricity, just clamp thecar power clip directly on the positive and negative poles of the car to start. If the car is powered, remove the positive pole and clamp the clip on the top of the positive ground system iron, clamp the negative pole on top of the negative pole. Then you can start your car.
9. If it's the first time you start the car, you need to discharge the power in the jump starter, then plug in the charger to charge, and start the car.
Remove the clip after successful startup (recommended to remove within 30 seconds).

How to Start Your Car by Jump Starter?
1. Plug the clip into the power start port to make sure it is plugged in and fully powered.

②Return Cost
If you were ordered wrong items and want to return back, you will bear the return cost.

If only return for repair or exchange, customer will afford the shipping cost to VXDAS according to company rule.

Out Of Warranty
